ISC Announces 2008 Honors Scholorahip Winners!
ISC has recently awarded scholarships to an outstanding group of 2008 Wyoming high school graduates.
There were over sixty applicants to the ISC Honors Scholarship awards program. Each and every applicant is an outstanding student and community member. We wish we could have awarded every student!
The applicants we had represented a true cross-section of the 2008 class of Wyoming high school graduates. They are part of a talented group of highly motivated, exceptionally able and giving students. We scored the applicants on objective and subjective sections in the application and could only make four awards. In our opinion, the top four scores recognized the cream of the crop of this outstanding 2008 graduation class.
ISC awarded a student from Hulett and another from Douglas. One student from Rock Springs stood out so much that ISC awarded her a double scholarship! All three will be attending the University of Wyoming in pursuit of their college degrees.
We believe in all of the applicants and all that they have accomplished and all that they will achieve. We also thank the guidance counselors for their efforts in directing the students to our program and others.
